I’m honored to be sharing my story on the Real Stories Real People podcast, part of the non-profit, Could’ve Been Me. This amazing organization is working to shatter the stigma surrounding mental health and other struggles that aren’t talked about nearly enough.
We dove deeper into my journey with chronic pain and talked about some tough stuff in this episode, including suicide and my stay in the psych ward 2 1/2 years ago.
These are not easy things to talk about, but I truly believe that we need to be talking about them, to help others suffering in silence know that they are not alone. And that things can get better.
I’m really grateful for the work that this organization is doing and I’m so happy to be a part of it. I enjoyed talking with Ashley so much in this episode and I hope you enjoy listening! Click below to listen to the podcast.
